Client
Our client sought a bespoke solution to convert the old garage into a functional, modern space. The previous structure faced significant challenges, including persistent flooding that allowed water to run into adjacent buildings and insufficient height, which made it impossible to install a lift. The project aimed to resolve these issues while ensuring a durable, low-maintenance, and visually appealing design.

Project Overview
This project involved designing and fabricating a custom metal garage for a private client in Wales. The site posed a unique challenge as it required a hidden, low-maintenance drainage system to prevent water splashing on the adjacent building. Working closely with fabricators, we designed a bespoke gutter drain that is concealed between the buildings and ensures efficient water management with minimal upkeep. Utilizing durable materials and advanced fabrication techniques, the garage is not only functional but also visually striking, meeting all the client’s requirements for aesthetics and durability.
